Eccleston Law Investigates MF Global In Light of Regulatory Actions, Prepares to Prosecute Claims and Assist Investors In SIPC Liquidation Proceeding

Regulators Issued a joint statement on November 1st which reported that MF Global had “reported possible deficiencies in customer futures segregated accounts held at the firm.” The SIPC has filed an application with the court to commence liquidation of the firm.

In view of the above, Eccleston Law stands ready to assist investors unfortunate to have had an account with MF Global by prosecuting actions against those who have violated state or federal securities laws and regulations.
